I recently had the thought leaving a coffee shop that I might have enjoyed my experience more if there had been clearer expectations of me.

Maybe some stylish, minimal signs (to go with the décor) to indicate where to wait, where to order, etc.

In a service-based business signage won’t cut it, but I thought an overview of our process might be useful.

Making a Will is overwhelming for most people and is often procrastinated for that reason. If it were me, I would want to know exactly what I could expect before I ever got started. So it was important to me that our process be detailed on our website for review by any one, at any time - ahead of signing an engagement letter or even booking a consultation.

Almost every client has agreed that once a Will is in place, they feel like a weight has been lifted from their shoulders. I have even had more than one person tell me that I made the process fun (LOL). (No promises on that one, but I do try my best.)
