Important Update on Texting Capabilities!

We are thrilled to share some exciting news. As part of our commitment to efficiency, we have been offering texting capabilities to our clients for some time. To date, we had an office number and a “text only” number. To further improve our communication infrastructure and provide clients (and potential clients as well!) with a seamless experience, we are excited to announce that we are combining text messaging capabilities onto our existing phone number. This enhancement will consolidate all communication channels under one number (587.997.2202), allowing you to reach us effortlessly and minimizing any confusion.

The update is underway, but taking slightly longer than anticipated to finalize. This system upgrade means for the next few weeks we may be unreachable by text message. And, importantly, we will no longer be able to be reached at our “text only” line. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
